Signals scanned nationwide, every 30 minutes: arrest signals (arrest / booking / charged / indictment / warrant / custody) and release signals (released / freed / acquitted / bail posted / charges dropped), on two national engines (Google News + Bing News), plus geo-targeted scans for the states/counties you list on a watch. A hit is a possible match — verify before acting. County roster scrapers and state DOC checks activate per-county on request — the full registry below shows every data point.Every US county jail is registered as a geo-targeted collection point. State DOC locators are registered and activate as direct roster scrapers are added on request. VINE (national custody network) requires official API registration. Federal BOP is pending a replacement endpoint.
